ADE turns 30: the queer guide to Amsterdam Dance Event 2026
Amsterdam's biggest week of the year is almost here, and the programme is finally locked. Amsterdam Dance Event returns from 21 to 25 October 2026. According to Music Industry Weekly on 6 October, the official programme has now been finalised and announced. ADE is widely described as the largest electronic music week in the world, and it is the biggest club event in the city's calendar. This year carries extra weight. The official ADE site is using the branding "30 YEARS ADE", marking the festival's 30th edition. Three decades in, it has become a fixed point for the international dance community, and for a city that spends five days treating its clubs as the main stage. For queer audiences, ADE lands at a particular moment. WorldPride 2026 put a spotlight on Amsterdam's LGBTQ+ scene, and that attention has not faded. Club Raum is one name that keeps coming up as part of that story, and Time Out's recent top-ten ranking for the city pointed to Noord, including Garage Noord and Pllek, as well as Loop 51 and Door 74. We will not pretend to know every party on the schedule, so check the official programme for specifics. But with this many rooms in play, the queer side of ADE is something you build yourself, one night at a time. A week this packed rewards planning. Choose the nights that matter most to you, book early where tickets are required, and pace yourself across five days. The best ADE stories rarely come from the biggest room. They come from the friends you find in the smaller ones. That is exactly why Vibra exists. We are a community and loyalty app for LGBTQ+ nightlife in Amsterdam: we publish events, sell tickets, and reward your nights out with Pulse points. Where events are listed on Vibra, you can book in the app and start collecting Pulse as you go. Keep an eye on the feed through ADE week, and let the community help you decide where to spend your nights. Source: Music Industry Weekly - ADE 2026 programme announced (6 October 2026).
